Cookie Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective May 27, 2026

How Nestbitt uses cookies and similar technologies, what each cookie does, the third-party services that may set cookies, and how you can control them in your browser.

This Cookie Policy explains how Nestbitt Inc. ("Nestbitt", "we", "our", or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website and use our application (together, the "Service"). It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which describes the broader ways we handle your personal information.

Where the law requires your consent for non-essential cookies, we ask for it before those cookies are set. Essential cookies are always active because the Service cannot function securely without them. You can change your choices at any time using the controls described below.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to give site operators information about how the site is used.

Cookies let you navigate between pages efficiently, remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and help us understand how the Service is performing so we can improve it. We also use closely related technologies — such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) — and we refer to all of these collectively as "cookies" in this policy.

Categories of Cookies We Use

We group the cookies we use into the following categories:

  • Essential cookies — Necessary for the Service to function securely. They enable core features such as authentication, session management, security, and network management. You cannot opt out of these because the Service will not work properly without them.
  • Preference cookies — Remember information that changes how the Service behaves or looks, such as your preferred language, region, theme, and accessibility settings, so your experience is consistent across visits.
  • Analytics cookies — Help us understand how the Service is used — which pages are visited and which features are used — so we can measure performance and improve it. We configure analytics to limit identifiability wherever practical.
  • Marketing cookies — May be used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns or to limit how often you see a given message. These are only set with your consent where consent is required, and may share information with the relevant provider.
  • Session cookies — Temporary cookies deleted when you close your browser. They keep your session active while you use the Service.
  • Persistent cookies — Remain on your device after you close your browser, for the duration shown in the table below, so we can remember your preferences and authentication on later visits.

Specific Cookies We Use

The table below lists the specific cookies we use, what each does, and how long it persists. Durations are approximate and may vary slightly with browser behaviour and re-authentication.

Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies are placed by third-party services integrated into the Service rather than by us directly. These providers may collect information about your activity over time and across websites in line with their own privacy and cookie notices, which we do not control.

  • Google Analytics — Collects aggregated information about how visitors use the Service so we can compile reports and improve it.
  • Payment processing (Stripe) — Used to process subscription payments securely and to help detect and prevent fraud. We do not store full payment-card details on our own servers.
  • Social media platforms — If you use social or sharing features, those platforms may set their own cookies subject to their policies.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. See the Privacy Policy for how this is described under the CCPA/CPRA.

Managing Cookies

Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings — you can block or delete cookies, or be warned before one is set. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the Service, such as staying signed in or saving preferences.

For guidance on managing cookies in common browsers, see:

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers can transmit a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is still no common industry standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, we cannot guarantee a uniform response to them. Where the law treats a recognized opt-out preference signal as a valid request, we honour it for the categories of processing to which it applies.

On your first visit, where consent is required, you may be shown a cookie banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preferences at any time through the "Cookie Settings" control in the footer of the website.

Declining non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using the core Service, though some personalization and measurement features may be limited.

Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, the cookies we use, or applicable law. When we make a material change we will update the version and effective date shown for this document and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Please review this page periodically.
