Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective May 27, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the line between legitimate creative use of Nestbitt and conduct that harms other people, infringes rights, or abuses the platform. It applies to everything you generate, upload, store, share, or transmit through Nestbitt, and to how you interact with our systems and other users.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the music generation, voice cloning, AI DJ, community, and related services operated by Nestbitt Inc. ("Nestbitt", "we", "us"). It supplements, and is incorporated into, the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

Because Nestbitt creates synthetic audio, voices, lyrics, and artwork, some abuses unique to generative AI — impersonation, non-consensual voice cloning, and deceptive synthetic media — are treated as serious violations. You are responsible for the prompts you submit, the outputs you generate, and how you use them, even when an output is produced automatically by an AI model.

Who and what this policy covers

This AUP applies to every account holder, visitor, and authorized user, and to all content and activity on Nestbitt, including generated outputs, uploaded reference material, prompts, profile information, messages, comments, playlists, and any data transmitted to or through our APIs and applications.

The categories below are illustrative, not exhaustive. We may treat conduct that is not specifically listed as a violation where it is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive. When this policy and the Terms of Service, Content Policy, or Community Guidelines overlap, we apply whichever provides the stronger protection against harm.

Child safety — zero tolerance

Child sexual abuse material is absolutely prohibited

Nestbitt has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. This includes real, fictional, animated, or AI-generated depictions. We do not require a report to act: detected CSAM is removed, the account is permanently terminated, relevant data is preserved as required by law, and the matter is reported to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the equivalent authority in the relevant jurisdiction.

  • Creating, generating, requesting, uploading, sharing, or soliciting any sexual or sexualized content involving a minor, including synthetic or AI-generated likenesses of minors.
  • Using voice cloning, image, or music tools to produce content that sexualizes a person who is, or appears to be, a minor.
  • Grooming, enticing, or attempting to engage a minor in sexual conduct, or facilitating such contact between others.
  • Any other conduct that endangers the safety or well-being of a child.

If you encounter content of this kind on Nestbitt, report it immediately to support@nestbitt.com and, where appropriate, to your local authorities.

Illegal content and activity

You may not use Nestbitt to engage in, promote, facilitate, or generate content in furtherance of unlawful activity. This includes:

  • Content or conduct that violates any applicable law, regulation, or court order in the jurisdictions where you operate or where the content is accessed.
  • Facilitating the sale, distribution, or manufacture of illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or other regulated items.
  • Promoting or instructing others in serious criminal activity, terrorism, or the creation of weapons designed to cause mass casualties.
  • Money laundering, sanctions evasion, or financing of illegal enterprises.
  • Human trafficking, exploitation, or any content that facilitates the abuse of vulnerable people.

Impersonation and non-consensual voice or likeness cloning

Nestbitt's voice cloning and synthesis tools may only be used on voices and likenesses you are entitled to use. You must have the documented, informed consent of the person whose voice or likeness you reproduce, or another lawful basis (for example, your own voice, or a voice you have validly licensed). The voice and likeness rules in the Terms of Service and Copyright Policy apply in full. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Cloning, synthesizing, or imitating a real person's voice without their explicit, verifiable consent.
  • Reproducing the voice, name, image, or persona of a public figure, performer, or any individual in a way that misleads listeners into believing the content is genuine or endorsed.
  • Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely claiming affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
  • Generating audio that places false statements in a real person's mouth, including fabricated confessions, endorsements, or admissions.
  • Using a cloned voice for fraud, harassment, defamation, or to bypass voice-based authentication or identity verification.

Satire and clearly labeled parody may be permitted where it is lawful, does not deceive, and does not violate a person's rights, but you bear the risk and responsibility for that determination.

Harassment, hate, and violent extremism

  • Targeted harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation of any person.
  • Hateful content that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites violence or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability, age, or serious disease.
  • Glorifying, promoting, or providing material support to violent extremist or terrorist organizations.
  • Content that incites, encourages, or instructs others to commit acts of violence.
  • Encouraging or instructing self-harm or suicide, or content that exploits a person in crisis.

Fraud, scams, and spam

  • Phishing, pretexting, or any attempt to deceptively obtain credentials, payment details, or personal information.
  • Operating financial scams, fraudulent schemes, pyramid or Ponzi structures, or deceptive advertising.
  • Generating synthetic audio or media to impersonate a person or organization for the purpose of defrauding a victim (including voice-based fraud and "vishing").
  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages, comments, or invitations; manipulating engagement, plays, votes, or rankings; or operating fake or coordinated inauthentic accounts.
  • Using the platform to distribute deceptive links, malware lures, or affiliate spam.

Infringement of intellectual property

You may not use Nestbitt to infringe the intellectual property rights of others. Our notice-and-takedown and repeat-infringer procedures are set out in the Copyright Policy. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Uploading, generating, or distributing content that infringes copyright, including reproducing or imitating a specific recording, composition, or performance you do not have rights to.
  • Using prompts designed to reproduce a recognizable copyrighted work, a specific artist's protected recordings, or trademarked material.
  • Infringing trademarks, trade dress, or passing off content as originating from another brand or creator.
  • Removing, obscuring, or falsifying attribution, watermarks, or rights-management information.

Security abuse, unauthorized access, and reverse engineering

  • Uploading or transmitting malware, ransomware, viruses, or other malicious code.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to Nestbitt accounts, systems, networks, or data, or to any third-party system through Nestbitt.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization, or breaching authentication or security measures.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract, replicate, or derive the underlying AI models, weights, training data, or source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Using the outputs of Nestbitt to train, fine-tune, or develop a competing AI model, except as expressly permitted in writing.

Scraping, automated abuse, and circumventing limits

  • Scraping, crawling, or harvesting content, data, or media from Nestbitt by automated means except through interfaces we expressly provide for that purpose.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with rate limits, usage quotas, generation caps, or other technical or contractual restrictions.
  • Operating bots, scripts, or automated agents that place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or degrade the service for others.
  • Creating multiple or automated accounts to multiply free quotas, evade limits, or defeat fraud and abuse controls.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to the service or to generation capacity except as expressly authorized.

Election, civic manipulation, and deceptive synthetic media

  • Creating or distributing synthetic media (audio, voice, or other AI-generated content) intended to deceive about a real person, event, or institution.
  • Generating content designed to manipulate elections, suppress voter participation, or spread false information about voting processes, candidates, or officials.
  • Impersonating government bodies, officials, election authorities, or news organizations.
  • Producing deceptive "deepfake" audio that fabricates statements or events without clear labeling and a lawful basis.

Transparency obligations for AI-generated and manipulated media are described in our AI Disclosure & Synthetic Media Statement. You must not remove or defeat labeling that identifies content as AI-generated.

Sexual content

  • Any sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited and is addressed in the child-safety section above.
  • Non-consensual intimate content, including sexualized depictions of real, identifiable people produced without their consent, is prohibited.
  • Using voice cloning or synthesis to generate sexual or sexually suggestive audio of a real person without their explicit consent is prohibited.
  • Adult content that is otherwise lawful must comply with the Content Policy, must be appropriately age-gated where required, and must not be promoted to or accessible by minors.

Privacy violations and doxxing

  • Publishing or threatening to publish another person's private or identifying information (such as home address, phone number, government ID, or financial data) without consent.
  • Collecting, storing, or processing personal information of others in violation of applicable privacy law.
  • Recording, cloning, or processing a person's voice or biometric identifiers without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
  • Stalking, surveilling, or tracking individuals through the platform.

Circumventing moderation or bans

  • Evading content moderation, filters, or safety systems through obfuscation, encoding, prompt manipulation, or other circumvention techniques.
  • Creating new accounts to evade a suspension, ban, or other enforcement action ("ban evasion").
  • Interfering with, misusing, or abusing the reporting, appeals, or trust and safety processes, including filing knowingly false reports.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate and proportionate, using both automated systems and human review. Depending on severity and history, actions may include removing or restricting content, limiting features, issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, withholding generated outputs, preserving and disclosing data where legally required, and reporting to authorities. Our broader approach, the enforcement ladder, and how appeals work are described in the Trust & Safety Policy.

Serious violations — including CSAM, credible threats of violence, fraud, and non-consensual intimate or voice content — may result in immediate, permanent termination without prior warning. Repeated intellectual-property infringement is handled under the repeat-infringer policy in the Copyright Policy.

How to report a violation

If you believe content or conduct on Nestbitt violates this policy, report it to support@nestbitt.com. Please include links or identifiers for the content, a description of the problem, and any context that helps us investigate. Copyright complaints should follow the dedicated process in the Copyright Policy and may be submitted at Submit a Copyright Notice.

For child-safety emergencies or imminent threats to life, contact your local emergency services first, then notify us at support@nestbitt.com.
