This Content Policy describes the standards that apply to all content on Nestbitt Inc. ("Nestbitt", "we", "our", or "us"). It covers music and audio you generate, lyrics and text you write, voice and audio you upload as reference or training material, images and artwork, and anything you post in our social spaces. It applies to public content as well as content shared privately or with collaborators.
This policy works together with our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright Policy, and AI Disclosure. Where this policy summarizes a rule stated more fully elsewhere, the more detailed document controls. By using Nestbitt, you agree to follow these standards.
Scope and Your Responsibility
You are responsible for all content associated with your account, whether you created it, generated it with our tools, or uploaded it from another source. This is true even if the content was produced through AI generation, because you direct the tools, choose the inputs, and decide how the output is used and shared.
Before you publish, distribute, or monetize content, make sure it complies with this policy, with applicable law, and with the rights of any third party — including copyright holders and individuals whose name, image, or voice may be involved.
Content You May Create and Share
Nestbitt exists so you can create. The following are welcome on the platform, provided they comply with this policy and the rest of our Terms:
- Original music and audio you generate, compose, arrange, or produce using our tools.
- Lyrics and written content you author, including text used to guide generation.
- Voice and audio references that you own or are clearly licensed and consented to use (see Uploads and Reference Material below).
- Collaborative works created with other users who have agreed to take part.
- Cover art, artwork, and descriptions that you have the right to use.
- Commentary, feedback, and posts in our social spaces that follow the Community Guidelines.
Prohibited Content
The following content is prohibited everywhere on Nestbitt. This list is a summary; the full set of prohibited conduct and content is set out in the Acceptable Use Policy, which you should read in full.
- Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law, or that promotes, facilitates, or instructs others to commit illegal acts.
- Infringing content — material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights, including unlicensed samples and unauthorized recreations of protected works or voices.
- Sexual content involving minors — any sexual content depicting, or appearing to depict, a minor, whether real, generated, or stylized. This is absolutely prohibited and reported as required by law.
- Non-consensual intimate or voice content — intimate imagery shared without consent, and any voice clone or synthetic likeness of a real person created or used without that person's consent.
- Hateful or violent content — material that attacks, dehumanizes, or incites violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics, or that glorifies or encourages serious violence.
- Deceptive synthetic media — AI-generated audio or media designed to deceive, such as fabricated statements attributed to a real person, fraudulent impersonation, or disinformation presented as authentic.
- Harassment, threats, and self-harm content — content that targets, threatens, or endangers others, or that promotes self-harm.
- Malware, spam, and fraud — content used to distribute malicious code, manipulate the platform, or deceive others for gain.
Zero tolerance for minor safety and non-consensual content
We have zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors and for non-consensual intimate or voice content, including AI-generated likenesses of a real person made without consent. Such content is removed immediately, the responsible account is terminated, and we report it to the appropriate authorities where the law requires. Read more in our Trust & Safety Policy.
AI-Generated Content Standards
Music, voices, and other output created with Nestbitt's generative tools are synthetic media. When you create, share, or distribute AI-generated content, you must comply with our AI Disclosure, which explains how generation works, what you can and cannot own, and the similarity and training-data limitations that apply.
- Label where required — where applicable law, a platform you publish to, or context requires it, you must clearly disclose that content is AI-generated. Do not strip or hide disclosures we apply.
- Do not deceive — you may not present AI output in a way that fraudulently implies it was performed, endorsed, or authored by a real person who did not consent.
- Respect others' rights — do not use generation to recreate a protected work, brand, or a real person's voice or likeness in a way that violates their copyright, trademark, or publicity rights.
- No exclusivity — AI output is not unique to you; identical or similar results may be generated for other users. Do not represent generated content as exclusively yours when it is not. See Licensing.
Uploads and Reference Material
When you upload audio, a voice sample, lyrics, artwork, or any other material — for example, as a voice reference, a training input, or a stem — you represent and warrant that you own that material or have all rights, licenses, and consents needed to upload and use it on Nestbitt for the purposes you direct.
- Do not upload another person's voice or likeness without that person's clear, informed consent.
- Do not upload copyrighted recordings, samples, or compositions you are not licensed to use.
- Keep records of consents and licenses; we may ask you to verify your rights, and you remain responsible for them.
Your responsibilities for uploaded and third-party material are set out further in the Terms of Service and the Copyright Policy.
Our Moderation Rights
We are not obligated to pre-screen content, but we may, at our discretion and using automated systems, human review, or both, review, label, age-gate, restrict, remove, or refuse to distribute any content that we believe violates this policy, the law, or the rights of others, or that creates risk to users or to the platform.
We may also take action on the underlying account, including limiting features, suspending, or terminating access. How we moderate, the safeguards we apply, and the role of automated and human review are described in our Trust & Safety Policy.
Reporting Content
If you encounter content that you believe violates this policy, please report it. You can use the in-product reporting tools where available, or contact us at support@nestbitt.com. For copyright complaints, follow the notice-and-takedown procedure in our Copyright Policy.
Reports involving urgent safety concerns — such as child safety, non-consensual intimate content, or a credible threat — are prioritized and handled under our Trust & Safety Policy.
Consequences of Violations
Violations of this policy may lead to action proportionate to the severity and history of the conduct, including a warning, removal or restriction of content, loss of monetization, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account. Severe violations — particularly those involving minor safety or non-consensual content — may result in immediate termination and referral to authorities, without a prior warning.
Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake in moderating your content or account, you may appeal. The appeals process, including how to submit an appeal and how decisions are reviewed, is described in our Trust & Safety Policy. You may also contact us at support@nestbitt.com.
