This Licensing & Usage Rights document explains the rights you receive in music and audio you generate with Nestbitt Inc. ("Nestbitt", "we", "our", or "us"), and the limits on those rights. It is part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with the AI Disclosure, Creator Policy, Copyright Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

Overview
Subject to your compliance with our policies and to the limitations described below, Nestbitt grants you a license to use the music and audio you generate on the platform. The scope of that license depends on your plan or tier, as set out in this document. This license does not transfer any ownership of the Nestbitt platform, models, or software to you.
What You May Do
For content you generate, and subject to your plan and the Creator Policy, you may:
- Use the generated content for the purposes permitted by your tier (see License Tiers below).
- Modify and adapt the content, including editing, remixing, and combining it with your own material.
- Distribute and publish the content, where your tier permits, including on third-party platforms.
- Monetize the content where your tier permits commercial use, subject to the Creator Policy and the marketplace commission described below.
License Tiers
The rights you receive depend on your plan. The table below summarizes the standard tiers. Your account and current plan details govern in the event of any inconsistency, and tier features may evolve over time.

Premium unlocks commercial use — including monetization — while the Free tier is limited to personal, non-commercial use. Across all tiers, attribution to Nestbitt is appreciated but not required. No tier grants exclusivity in generated output.
Marketplace Commission
Where you monetize generated content through Nestbitt's marketplace, Nestbitt retains a 15% commission on the gross amount of each qualifying transaction. This 15% rate is consistent with the rate stated in our Terms of Service and Creator Policy. The commission, payout thresholds, schedule, and tax responsibilities are described in the Creator Policy.
No Exclusivity; No Copyright in Pure AI Output
Generated output is not unique and may not be protectable
The license to use generated content is non-exclusive. The same or similar output may be generated for, and used by, other users — we do not guarantee that your output is unique. In addition, under current law in many jurisdictions, purely AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection because it lacks sufficient human authorship. This means you may not be able to stop others from using identical or similar output. See our AI Disclosure for the full explanation.
Adding meaningful, original human creative contribution — such as your own lyrics, arrangement, performance, or substantial editing — may strengthen your rights in the resulting work, but we make no representation about the copyrightability of any particular output, which depends on the facts and the applicable law.
Third-Party and Uploaded Material
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all rights, licenses, and consents for any material you upload, clone, or otherwise bring to the platform — including audio, samples, lyrics, artwork, and voice or likeness references. The license described here applies to content generated through the Service and does not grant you any rights in third-party material.
Your obligations for third-party material are described further in the Copyright Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Voice Models
Voice cloning and voice-model features are consent-based and scope-limited. You may create or use a voice model only with the clear, informed consent of the person whose voice it represents (or your own), and only within the scope of that consent and your plan. You may not use a voice model to impersonate a person, to produce deceptive synthetic media, or in any way prohibited by our Content Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
Restrictions
The license granted here does not permit you to:
- Resell, sublicense, or provide raw access to Nestbitt's models, generation systems, or APIs as a standalone service.
- Use generated content for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Misrepresent generated content as exclusively yours, or in a way that infringes a third party's rights.
- Remove or circumvent any required AI-generation disclosure or labeling described in our AI Disclosure.
License Termination
This license terminates automatically if your account is terminated or if you materially violate our Terms of Service or these usage rights. We may also suspend or revoke the license to address legal risk or rights complaints. On termination, you must stop using affected content, except where you have downstream rights that survive under the Terms or applicable law.
